“12/26 レモンをお金に変える法: きょうも歩く (via yellowblog)主人公は、夏休みにレモネードをネタに金儲けを始め、徐々に成功し、従業員を雇ったら賃金に不満で、労使交渉を申し込まれ、交渉決裂、ストライキ、ロックアウト、仲裁、労使交渉が妥結、事業再開、そしてさらに商売は繁盛し、夏休みの終わりに成功したレモネード屋を売り払い商売は大成功、めでたしめでたし、という話の絵本です。
商売をやっていくといずれ労働力の購入が不可欠で、それはそれで市場原理が働き、売り手の主体として労働者があり労働組合があり、そことの交渉が不可欠という話が、金儲けのメカニズムを教える中に必ず入っています。アメリカらしいリアリティの持ち方です。
子どもたちだけの街「ミニ●●」でも、「ギッザニア」でも私が労働組合のブースが必要だというのはこのことです。
一方、日本の起業だとか、ベンチャーだとかの世界は、まったくこうした労使関係の教育がなく、精神論とブラック企業化するような甘言ばかりです。
